Collin's Custom IP provides legal services and legal advice without the imprimatur of the California Bar. We help our clients obtain/protect and monetize intellectual property assets viz. patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. More specifically, we prepare & submit docs to the USPTO, WIPO, EPO, etc, offer legal perspectives, and provide competitive intelligence & landscape/portfolio analysis. We also have experience helping clients bring products stateside. Our CEO is a chemistry Ph.D. (UCSB), & went to law school (GW in DC). Our company exists in the vast divide between bare-bones doc-prep services (e.g. LegalZoom) and over-priced law firms (e.g. Jones Day). Our clients run the gamut from small start-up beverage producers to large auto manufacturers. We provide unmatched value because our overhead is extremely low.
