33,000,000 multifamily households in the US do not have the ability to charge an Electric Vehicle. As EV adoption rates are shooting through the roof, a massive opportunity is created for a product that empowers this demographic. EverCharge has created a proprietary device and accompanying service for drivers of electric vehicles who live in apartments and condos and park in common-area garages. We've spent three years building our Power Manager that allocates power in a way to maximize the amount of EVs by a factor of 6-10X. Our systems allows most buildings to offer charging to all residents without significant upgrades to the existing infrastructure. We're the only players in the space right now and are working with BMW, Nissan, Tesla, and GM as they continue to ramp up their electric vehicle efforts in urban and high-density areas.
