Hylo is a new kind of platform that helps us connect, collaborate, and create things together in our communities. If you’ve ever worked in a coworking space, a maker-space, or an accelerator, you know it’s really hard to find out what everyone’s up to and how you can help each other. With Hylo, you can post "Intentions" about what you'd like to create, "Requests” for what you need, or "Offers" of what you'd like to share. Your friends, and the communities that you are part of, can see what you post, and help you connect to the resources you need. This creates both a map of the resources in a community, and a map of what the community would like to create. Bringing these two things together helps match people up with all of the great ideas, talent and resources in their communities. We believe that when we all work together, we can create anything we can imagine.
